Cosy apartment in the heart of the Haute Tarentaise Therighthouse

Our "piece of home for your holidays" is a single-storey apartment (in the basement) located in the heart of Landry in Savoie, a quiet village at the gateway to the Haute-Tarentaise.

Its location in the centre of the valley is perfect for choosing your day-to-day activities: you are a few minutes from the slopes of Montchavin-Les Coches in the Paradiski area (Les Arcs - La Plagne), and in the immediate vicinity of the Espace Killy, La Rosière San Bernardo, the 3 Valleys and Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise.

In order for you to prepare your stay in complete transparency, note that the night part includes:

• 1 blind bedroom (without window to the outside) with a double bed and storage space

• 1 blind bedroom (without window to the outside) with 2 single bunk beds and storage space

• 1 living room Convertible sofa bed (offering 2 single beds or modular into 1 double bed according to your needs) and storage space

• 1 large, well-equipped kitchen with a bar for convivial après-ski

• 1 spacious powder room

This simple and functional accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travellers and families who want to enjoy the mountains to the fullest.

Our "piece of home for your vacation" is located in an old building in the center of Landry.

The site is very convenient, whatever your means of transport. Landry TGV station is about 800 metres away and there is parking if you come by car.

Regular shuttles provide easy access to the resort of Vallandry or to Bourg-Saint-Maurice to take the Funicular des Arcs from Landry.

A former stable refurbished and our basement apartment has an atypical charm. Although it has few openings to the outside (only one window located in the kitchen), it is equipped with plenty of lighting to guarantee a warm atmosphere. You will also be seduced by its natural freshness, a real asset on summer days!

Its central position in the valley, halfway between Aime and Bourg-Saint-Maurice, makes it extremely convenient to enjoy activities throughout the year. Whatever direction you choose, the field of possibilities is immense:

Mountain & adrenaline: skiing, snowboarding, bobsleigh, hiking (summer and winter), trail running, mountain biking, rafting or paragliding.

Relaxation and leisure: pétanque, or wellness areas, spas and aquatic centres nearby.
